The roster of participating teams and players has been finalized for the ‘2024 Woori Bank Woori WON 3×3 Triple Jam’, which will be held at Starfield Goyang, located in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, on Saturday, March 29 and Sunday, March 30.
A total of 12 teams will participate this year. Six WKBL teams will participate, including last year’s winners Toyota Antelopes and Düsseldorf Juice, who will be joined by Japanese and 카지노 German players.
Four teams are making their first appearance in the 3×3 Triple Jam. Hitachi Hi-Tech from Japan’s WJBL, Japanese 3×3 basketball team FLOURISH Gunma, Argos Bats from Spain, and City Tigers from Thailand.
The roster has also been finalized. Choi Seo-yeon (BNK Thumb), who was the MVP of the second edition of the 2021 tournament, and Lim Gyu-ri (Samsung Life Insurance) and Lee Hye-ju (KB Stars), who won the 3×3 Triple Jam 2-point shooting contest, will compete in the 3×3 Triple Jam, as will Nagata Moe, who will participate in the WKBL Asia Quarterly Player Draft on Sunday (March 23) for Düsseldorf Juice.
German national 5×5 basketball player Ama Degbion and Katsura Aoi (Düsseldorf Juice), who is currently ranked No. 1 overall in Japan (women) according to the FIBA 3×3 Ranking System, will also compete in the 3×3 Triple Jam.
The winner of the tournament will be invited to the 2024 FIBA Women’s Series in Azerbaijan this August as an invitational team.
