DePlus Kia (DK) took the lead with a steady performance without chicken.
DK accumulated 58 points without chicken on day one of the PUBG Weekly Series (PWS) Phase 2 Grand Finals at the Vita500 Coliseum in Songpa-gu, Seoul, on March 23 to take first place.
Matches 1 and 5 were held on Erangel, Match 2 on Bikendi, Match 3 on Miramar, and Match 4 on Taigo.
DK didn’t make it to the end of the first match, but they got off to a good start with a 16-point win. They followed that up with a second-place 16-point win in the next match, and then racked up three, 13, and 10 points to reach the top of the leaderboard.
After adding chicken from Miramar, Jenji accumulated 49 points and moved into second place. Similarly, she scored evenly in all her matches to stay in contention for the lead.
Guangdong is also in third place with 42 points without chicken. V7, which took the chicken from Vikendi, was in fourth place (41 points). DivineTM (37 points), GNL (36 points), Daedong Ravega (34 points), XIX (31 points), and Azra Pentagram (29 points) rounded out the top five.
PWS, Korea’s most prestigious Battle Royale esports competition, has a lot of points up for grabs to 토토 qualify for the year-end global competition (PGC). There are 40 points up for grabs in Weeks 1-4 and 315 points up for grabs in the Grand Finals. As of today, DANAWA is the highest ranked team with 195 PGC points, followed by Genji (120), DK (80), Azura Pentagram (75), Guangdong Freaks (55), and GamePT (45).
