The Oklahoma City Thunder are filling out their inside lineup.
“According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Oklahoma City has signed Mike Muscala 바카라사이트 (forward/center, 6-foot-10, 208 pounds).
Muscala was traded to Detroit from the Washington Wizards at the trade deadline this season. After playing for Detroit, he wanted to play elsewhere, so he entered into contract talks with the organization and hit the free agent market.
Predictably, he headed to his family. It’s where he’s played the longest outside of the Atlanta Hawks since entering the NBA, and it’s where he’s currently playing the best. Oklahoma City has Chet Holmgren and the recently acquired Bismack Biyombo. Add in Muskala, and they’re well-stocked inside. He can play multiple positions and can help create space.
As a veteran, he also has a lot of experience, which can help a team with a lot of young players. He started 37 games this season for Washington and Detroit. He averaged 3.8 points (.358 .318 .708) and 2.8 rebounds in 13.8 minutes per game. His numbers have been on the decline since the 2020-2021 season, but he should still be able to contribute.
He entered the NBA via the 2013 draft. He was drafted by the Dallas Mavericks with the 14th pick in the second round and was immediately traded to Atlanta. He signed a rookie contract with Atlanta, where he spent five seasons. He then played for the Philadelphia 76ers and Los Angeles Lakers. He later played for Oklahoma City, the Boston Celtics, Washington, and Detroit.
