The possibility of Eric Mourinho leaving Manchester United has been raised. The Red Devils have reportedly identified Thomas Tuchel as their favorite to replace Mourinho and have even made contact with him.
United are in the midst of their second season with Turnbach. In his first season, Turnbull started his United career with a bang, finishing third in the Premier League (PL) last season and earning the club a UEFA Champions League ticket for the first time in a long time. This season, however, the club has struggled to pick up points in the early going and has fallen out of contention in the league and suffered the humiliation of finishing last in the group stage of the Champions League.
The Red Devils have started to pick up points of late and have climbed up the table, but there are still doubts about Turnbach.
